- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions with 18-24 month horizons
- Author thought leadership publications and represent the company at global innovation forums
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and regulatory impacts on emerging technologies
- Mentor junior strategists in futures research methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, futurism, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Certification in Futures Forecasting or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Published author in technology or innovation thought leadership
- Fluency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and AI trend platforms
