Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 strategic vision frameworks integrating quantum computing, neural interfaces, and climate-positive technologies
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' with MIT-caliber researchers to prototype disruptive solutions
- Produce horizon-scanning reports identifying emerging threats/opportunities in 5 key industries
- Architect corporate innovation pipeline targeting 10x market disruption by 2026
- Present strategic recommendations to Board of Directors and investor consortiums
- Mentor next-gen futurists through our 'Visionary Fellowship' program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategy/innovation with Fortune 500 or unicorn-scale tech companies
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or Complex Systems Engineering
- Published thought leadership in top-tier journals (e.g., Nature Futures, MIT Tech Review)
- Expertise in forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Cross-Impact Matrix, Horizon Scanning)
- Proven track record of scaling breakthrough innovations from concept to $100M+ revenue
- Deep network with DARPA, Singularity University, and World Economic Forum communities
- Fluency in strategic foresight software (e.g., Trendalyzer, Foresight Platform)
