Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to map future scenarios and risk mitigation strategies
- Produce high-impact reports on disruptive technologies and their market implications
- Advise executive leadership on emerging opportunities and threats across industries
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Integrate future intelligence into product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Represent the company at global forums on technology and societal evolution
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term strategic roadmaps
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, biotechnology, or sustainable systems
- Exceptional data synthesis and scenario-planning capabilities
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Policy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Published author or keynote speaker on emerging technologies
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
