As the 2026 Vision Lead, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and global partners to develop scenarios that anticipate market shifts, regulatory changes, and breakthrough innovations. Your insights will directly influence our product development, investment strategy, and organizational transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 strategic foresight framework using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Produce quarterly trend reports identifying disruptive technologies, demographic shifts, and market opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight insights into actionable business strategies
- Build and nurture a global network of futurists, academics, and industry experts for intelligence gathering
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board of directors
- Oversee the implementation of innovation labs testing 2026-viable technologies
- Author thought leadership content positioning our company as a future-focused industry leader
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, Economics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience delivering to executive audiences
- Published thought leadership on future trends or innovation strategy
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in complex organizational environments
- Portfolio demonstrating successful strategic foresight implementations
