Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 strategic foresight framework, including quarterly trend briefings and horizon-scanning reports
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and prioritize emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech fusion, AI ethics)
- Produce actionable scenario plans for disruptive market shifts and black swan events
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members with compelling data visualization
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, think tanks, and innovation labs
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
- Track KPIs for strategic initiative adoption and ROI
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing multi-year strategic roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systemic thinking frameworks
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience addressing C-suite audiences
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Portfolio published in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
