- Author high-impact trend reports for C-suite and board stakeholders
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions for 2026 market readiness
- Establish KPIs for future-proofing metrics across all business units
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy/innovation roles with Fortune 500 experience
- Expertise in trend analysis using tools like Gartner, Forrester, or proprietary methodologies
- Proven track record of translating foresight into executable business plans
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex future scenarios
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
