Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-based strategic models for product development and market positioning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize insights from AI, biotech, and quantum computing domains
- Produce executive-ready trend reports with actionable recommendations for C-suite stakeholders
- Partner with R&D teams to identify breakthrough opportunities in emerging ecosystems
- Monitor geopolitical and economic indicators to assess risk/reward of strategic pivots
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic consulting, R&D planning, or innovation management
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Certificate in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston or similar program)
- Portfolio demonstrating published trend analysis or strategic foresight projects
