Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning research to identify and analyze disruptive technologies with 2026+ impact
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for business resilience
- Author visionary whitepapers and trend briefings for executive decision-making
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align teams on future opportunities
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Translate foresight insights into actionable product roadmaps and investment strategies
- Represent company at global forums on future tech and societal implications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Proven track record of translating trends into business impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, biotech, AI, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism/tech innovation
- Experience with scenario planning tools and horizon scanning methodologies
- Global network of futurists and tech innovators
