Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present trend analyses to the board and C-suite quarterly
- Manage a $50M innovation portfolio with ROI-driven decisioning
- Establish partnerships with leading research institutions and tech pioneers
- Mentor a team of 8 futurist analysts and strategists
- Author annual 'Future Horizons' industry impact report
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurism
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Proven track record of implementing future-proof business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech: AI, quantum computing, biotech
- Executive-level presentation skills with Fortune 500 experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategy publications
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
