Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks for enterprise clients
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech, AGI) for market impact
- Lead scenario planning workshops with C-suite executives
- Build predictive models for socio-economic and industry disruptions
- Coordinate with R&D teams to align innovation pipelines with future trends
- Author thought leadership on future-of-work transformations
- Mentor junior futurists in horizon scanning methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurist roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven experience with trend analysis and scenario planning
- Deep expertise in AI ethics, sustainable tech, or biotech trends
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS)
- Portfolio demonstrating future-oriented projects
