Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year strategic foresight frameworks for emerging technologies
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying paradigm-shifting market opportunities
- Present futuristic scenarios to C-suite executives and venture partners
- Establish innovation pipelines for AI ethics, climate tech, and neuro interfaces
- Author thought leadership publications read by Fortune 500 executives
- Curate annual 'Future Forward' summit with industry pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning with Fortune 500 or hypergrowth tech
- Proven track record in technology forecasting and trend analysis
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published research on AI governance or sustainable innovation
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEPLE)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful commercialization of futuristic concepts
