Responsibilities
- Anticipate and analyze emerging technology trends to develop 3-5 year innovation roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping AI, quantum computing, and biotech solutions
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Create technology adoption frameworks for enterprise clients
- Present visionary insights to C-suite executives and industry panels
- Drive R&D initiatives in sustainable technology and human augmentation
- Mentor junior technologists in future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation with 5+ years in strategic foresight roles
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurist Studies
- Published research in IEEE, Nature, or equivalent peer-reviewed journals
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of scaling technologies from concept to market
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and regulatory landscapes
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication experience
