- Manage a $5M+ innovation budget and vendor ecosystem
- Build and mentor a high-impact R&D team

Qualifications
- 10+ years in emerging technology or corporate strategy
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering
- Proven track record of launching commercialized tech innovations
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI ethics
- Executive-level stakeholder management experience
- Published research in top-tier journals or patents
- Fluency in scenario planning methodologies
