- Author strategic briefings on disruptive technologies (quantum, neuromorphic, AGI)
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-forward solutions with 3-5 year horizons
- Establish KPIs to measure technology adoption impact and ROI
- Represent company at global tech foresight forums and industry summits
- Mentor innovation teams in future-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record forecasting tech trends (2018-2023 validation required)
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology adoption lifecycle models
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum computing)
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTR) or equivalent
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or futurism
- Experience with Delphi method and horizon scanning techniques
