Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients using predictive analytics and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum computing and decentralized AI systems
- Present strategic frameworks to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage $2M+ innovation budgets with measurable ROI tracking
- Establish industry partnerships with leading research institutions (MIT, Stanford, etc.)
- Mentor a 15-person team of futurists and technology architects
- Author whitepapers on emerging tech trends for global publication
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Proven track record launching AI/quantum solutions with $10M+ impact
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent foresight methodology training
- Expertise in SWOT analysis, Delphi method, and technology adoption curves
- Prior experience patenting AI-driven systems or quantum algorithms
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Harvard Business Review
- Clearance for DoD/NASA tech collaboration projects
