- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation strategy, identifying emerging trends with 3-5 year market impact
- Lead cross-functional initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech adoption
- Conduct horizon scanning to anticipate disruptive technologies and competitive threats
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-generation solutions
- Represent Horizon Innovations at global tech summits and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing successful 5-year+ tech roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, neurotech, fusion energy)
- Advanced degree in Technology Forecasting, Futures Studies, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on technology disruption
- Deep understanding of global regulatory landscapes for emerging technologies
