Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-5 year technology strategy aligned with 2026 innovation goals
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, AI, biotech, sustainable energy) for competitive advantage
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future product ecosystems
- Partner with C-suite to align tech initiatives with business objectives
- Produce whitepapers and thought leadership on disruptive technologies
- Manage horizon scanning processes and maintain trend intelligence database
- Represent company at global tech forums and future-focused conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or futurism roles
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, generative AI, or climate tech
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
- Experience with technology roadmapping frameworks (e.g., Gartner Hype Cycle)
- Strong network within global innovation ecosystems
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
