Responsibilities

- Develop strategic technology roadmaps aligning with 5-year business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prototype future-facing solutions
- Conduct competitive intelligence analysis and market positioning studies
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions, research labs, and industry thought leaders
- Author thought leadership publications and speak at global tech conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record in trend analysis and future-casting methodologies
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, or decentralized systems)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing $1M+ innovation budgets
- Published author or frequent speaker at tech conferences (TED, Web Summit, CES)
