As a key member of our C-suite advisory team, you'll collaborate with Nobel laureates, Silicon Valley disruptors, and global policymakers to identify paradigm-shifting opportunities. Your insights will directly influence our $2B R&D portfolio and guide investments in quantum computing, biotech integration, and decentralized systems.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology foresight strategy aligned with market trends and emerging scientific breakthroughs
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions in augmented reality, neural interfaces, and climate tech
- Establish strategic partnerships with MIT Media Lab, SpaceX, and other future-focused institutions
- Present quarterly futurist briefings to the board and C-suite on technological disruption vectors
- Author the annual 'Tech Horizon Report' predicting industry inflection points through 2030
- Oversee the Future Tech Incubator program mentoring 20+ startups annually
- Drive corporate adoption of exponential technologies through change management frameworks
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with proven impact on commercializing emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Deep expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI governance, or space commercialization
- Published thought leadership in Nature Futures or similar peer-reviewed futurist journals
- Experience advising Fortune 100 CTOs on long-term tech roadmaps
- Fluency in scenario planning methodologies and horizon scanning techniques
- Portfolio of successfully commercialized futuristic innovations
- Global network of futurists, scientists, and innovation policymakers
