Responsibilities
- Anticipate global technology trends and market disruptions through horizon scanning and scenario planning
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-state solutions
- Translate foresight insights into executive-ready strategic recommendations
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure long-term technological adoption impact
- Collaborate with R&D teams to align technology investments with future market needs
- Deliver visionary keynote presentations at industry conferences and executive summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record translating foresight into commercial technology roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional scenario planning and trend analysis capabilities
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience advising C-suite executives on technology disruption
- Strong data visualization and storytelling skills for complex concepts
