Responsibilities

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 exposure
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative field
- Proven track record of forecasting market shifts with documented accuracy (minimum 85% success rate)
- Expertise in scenario planning frameworks (e.g., STEEP, Delphi Method) and exponential technology assessment
- Exceptional data visualization skills with proficiency in Tableau/Power BI and Python/R
- Credited publications or patents in future-facing domains (AI ethics, climate resilience, etc.)
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFAP from Association of Professional Futurists)
