Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with global sustainability goals
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech integration
- Identify emerging technology disruptors and develop commercialization frameworks
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Manage $50M+ innovation budgets and coordinate with international research consortia
- Mentor junior researchers and publish thought leadership in IEEE Nature journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism with 8+ years in tech strategy
- Proven track record in launching technologies with 10B+ market impact
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, neural network optimization, and carbon-negative tech
- Experience with venture capital funding rounds and tech commercialization
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Fluency in Mandarin, German, or Japanese for global collaboration
