Responsibilities
- Architecting Intelligence: Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models using PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- MLOps Implementation: Build and maintain robust MLOps pipelines to ensure models are scalable, monitored, and continuously improved in production.
- Research & Prototyping: Conduct in-depth research into emerging AI trends to identify opportunities for product differentiation.
- System Optimization: Optimize model inference speeds and reduce latency for real-time application deployment.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams of data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering or data science.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong command of Python, SQL, and modern cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Frameworks: Deep expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn with a demonstrated history of shipping production models.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a track record of solving complex, high-stakes engineering problems.
