Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and sort incoming and outgoing merchandise efficiently and safely.
- Inventory Management: Organize stock in the warehouse, ensuring accurate labeling and placement.
- Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery (certification provided upon hiring).
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean and safe work area by adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and other warehouse staff to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Transportation: Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Attitude: Willingness to learn, adapt to fast-paced environments, and work as part of a team.
- Documentation: Must provide a valid ID and social security card for employment verification.
