Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the morning shift team to ensure a smooth handover of inventory and operations.
- Load and unload trucks accurately and efficiently to meet strict delivery deadlines.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we provide comprehensive training for the right candidates.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with RF scanning technology.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Willingness to work a flexible night shift schedule (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
