Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of proprietary Generative AI models, ensuring scalability and ethical alignment.
- Define and execute the technical vision for the 2026 roadmap, integrating emerging technologies like Neuromorphic computing and edge AI.
- Mentor senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with product leaders to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric features.
- Oversee the deployment of MLOps pipelines to ensure high availability and low latency for real-time applications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering, specifically with Generative AI and LLMs.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face Transformers.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/K8s).
- Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams through complex technical challenges.
