- Oversee the architecture of scalable, future-proof systems capable of handling next-generation data loads.
- Cultivate a culture of innovation, driving R&D initiatives that push the boundaries of current industry standards.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align future technology investments with revenue growth and market expansion.
- Mentor senior engineering talent and establish best practices for long-term technical debt management.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or executive leadership roles within high-growth tech environments.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering long-term strategic visions (5+ year horizons).
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and distributed systems.
- Strong background in strategic planning, change management, and cross-functional leadership.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex futuristic concepts for diverse stakeholders.
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
