- Operational Excellence: Oversee the optimization of our operational frameworks, ensuring scalability and resilience as we expand into new markets.
- Workforce Planning: Anticipate future talent needs, driving initiatives for upskilling and reskilling to build a workforce ready for the demands of 2026.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Serve as the primary liaison between product, engineering, and business units to align resources with strategic goals.
- Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research on macroeconomic and technological trends to mitigate risk and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in strategic operations, management consulting, or a similar leadership role within a high-growth tech environment.
