Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and execute the 2026 AI Roadmap, identifying key opportunities for automation and generative transformation.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of AI models, from initial proof-of-concept to large-scale production deployment.
- Governance & Ethics: Establish robust frameworks for AI governance, ensuring compliance with global regulations and ethical standards.
- Team Leadership: Build and mentor a world-class team of AI engineers, data scientists, and product managers.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical capabilities into compelling business value for C-suite executives and investors.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in AI/ML operations, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership or director-level role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of driving strategy in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
