Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 strategic plan, aligning business goals with future market trends and technological advancements.
- Roadmap Development: Lead the creation of detailed product and technology roadmaps, identifying key milestones and deliverables for the next three years.
- Innovation Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives to identify disruptive technologies (e.g., AI, Quantum Computing, Space Tech) that could impact our industry by 2026.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-suite executives and cross-functional teams to secure buy-in for long-term strategic initiatives.

Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or technology leadership, with at least 3 years in a senior executive capacity.
