Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with long-term business goals.
- Lead the research and integration of next-generation technologies, including Generative AI, predictive analytics, and autonomous systems.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to secure budget and resources for high-impact strategic initiatives.
- Oversee the digital transformation of core business processes to ensure scalability, security, and efficiency.
- Build and mentor a high-performance engineering and strategy team focused on innovation.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of technology initiatives.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or engineering leadership roles.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
- Deep understanding of emerging trends in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cloud Infrastructure.
- Exceptional strategic thinking with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable, executable plans.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at the executive level.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
