Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including vital signs and medication assistance
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) documentation
- Assist with patient mobility and daily living activities
- Coordinate care with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
- Ensure clinic sanitation and infection control protocols
- Support patient education and discharge planning
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license preferred
- 6+ months healthcare or caregiving experience
- BLS/CPR certification (training provided)
