Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and support in clinical settings
- Accurately document patient information and medical records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Maintain strict compliance with healthcare regulations
- Educate patients on health management and preventive care
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or higher in healthcare field
- Current state nursing/medical license required
- CPR certification (BLS)
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
