Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care in accordance with medical protocols
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop treatment plans
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) documentation
- Conduct patient assessments and monitor vital signs
- Assist in emergency response and critical care situations
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Current RN, LPN, or Medical Assistant certification required
- 2+ years of clinical experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency with EHR systems (Epic experience a plus)
- Valid Kentucky state license
