Responsibilities
- Operate machinery and assembly lines in a safe and efficient manner.
- Inspect products for quality control and report defects.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
- Perform general maintenance and cleaning of workstations.
- Load and unload materials using forklifts or hand trucks.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or logistics is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Basic math and reading skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Must be available for full-time shifts (Day/Night options).
