Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials by hand or using material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts).
- Inspect products for quality defects and ensure packaging meets standards.
- Organize warehouse inventory and maintain accurate stock records.
- Operate scanning equipment to track shipments and manage inventory data.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quotas.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Must be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime.
- Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.
