Responsibilities
- Perform general labor and warehouse duties with precision and care.
- Operate heavy machinery and forklifts safely and efficiently.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the work area at all times.
- Load and unload shipments while adhering to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals.
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and report maintenance needs.
- Maintain a positive, professional attitude towards all customers and colleagues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime.
- Basic math skills and ability to read safety labels and documents.
