Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and prepare merchandise for shipment using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Organize and maintain inventory levels in the warehouse to ensure accuracy.
- Perform quality control checks on incoming and outgoing packages.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and OSHA guidelines at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and ticketing.
- Reliable transportation to the Columbus facility.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required for training.
