Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport materials safely and efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and stock organization to maintain warehouse standards.
- Inspect equipment and work areas for potential safety hazards before starting shifts.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
- Operate scanning devices and inventory management software to track shipments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and debris-free workspace.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
