Responsibilities
- Perform daily assembly and packaging operations to meet daily production quotas.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems safely and efficiently.
- Conduct quality control inspections on finished goods to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant workspace at all times.
- Load and unload trucks, verify shipments, and manage inventory documentation.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve operational issues and improve workflow.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills for inventory tracking.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to the facility.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, nights, and weekends.
- Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
