Responsibilities
- Provide tier-1 and tier-2 technical support to internal employees and external clients via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues in a Windows and Mac environment.
- Perform regular system maintenance, software updates, and security patching.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in the Help Desk ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement new technologies and improve workflow efficiency.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of workstations and peripherals for new hires.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Information Technology or related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in technical support, helpdesk, or IT customer service.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Office 365, and remote desktop tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
