We are looking for a self-motivated professional who can manage technical operations, provide customer support, and ensure system integrity during our peak weekend hours.
Responsibilities
- Manage and troubleshoot technical issues for clients accessing our platform on weekends.
- Deploy updates and patches to servers and applications with zero downtime.
- Monitor system performance and analyze logs to prevent outages.
- Provide detailed technical documentation and handover reports for the week ahead.
- Collaborate with the QA team to validate weekend release builds.
- Respond to escalated technical tickets with high-priority urgency.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and code repository.
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in IT support, software development, or system administration.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and JavaScript.
- Strong understanding of network protocols and cybersecurity basics.
- Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday (Full-time hours equivalent).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and communication abilities.
