Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume guest inquiries via phone, email, and chat with exceptional professionalism
- Resolve billing and reservation issues with efficiency and empathy
- Process payments and update guest profiles using proprietary CRM systems
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure service excellence
- Meet key performance metrics including response time and customer satisfaction scores

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in hospitality or similar industry
