Responsibilities
- Handle 50+ inbound/outbound customer calls daily with exceptional professionalism
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding products/services using CRM systems
- Document interactions and maintain accurate case records in Salesforce
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve escalated issues
- Meet/exceed monthly performance metrics for call quality and resolution time
- Participate in ongoing product training to maintain service expertise
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years customer service experience in call center environment
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce experience highly valued)
- Strong typing skills (45+ WPM) with data entry accuracy
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
- Valid California driver's license (for occasional off-site meetings)
