Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound calls and digital communications with professionalism
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding products, services, and account information
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining data integrity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including call times and resolution rates
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities based on customer needs
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or call center experience
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Spanish fluency highly desirable
