Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with exceptional efficiency
- Process orders, returns, and service tickets using Salesforce CRM
- Document interactions accurately in customer relationship databases
- Collaborate with sales and support teams to resolve complex issues
- Meet daily performance metrics for response time and resolution rate
- Identify upsell opportunities during customer interactions
- Participate in weekly training to enhance product knowledge
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years customer service experience in high-volume environments
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, Zendesk, or HubSpot)
- Strong typing skills (40+ WPM) and multitasking ability
- Excellent verbal/written communication in English
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
- Valid Texas driver's license (if field support required)
