Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve billing and technical issues using CRM systems
- Document interactions and maintain accurate client records
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex cases
- Meet/exceed monthly performance metrics for quality and efficiency
- Participate in continuous training programs for service excellence
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
- Valid Georgia driver's license for occasional client visits
