Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound calls with empathy and professionalism
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding products, services, and billing
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues
- Meet/exceed performance metrics (CSAT, FCR, AHT)
- Participate in ongoing product training sessions
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years customer service experience preferred
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce/Zendesk)
- Strong problem-solving abilities under pressure
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Basic Microsoft Office knowledge
