- Client Onboarding: Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring they understand our platform and achieve quick value adoption.
- Relationship Management: Proactively manage client relationships via phone and email to ensure 100% satisfaction and retention.
- Technical Support: Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and service inquiries in a timely manner.
- Performance Reporting: Monitor account health and generate weekly reports on client usage and feedback.
- Process Improvement: Identify workflow bottlenecks and suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales and product teams to align customer needs with company goals.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to start work immediately.
- Location: Must reside in Chicago, IL or be willing to work remotely from Ohio.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer support or account management.
- Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (Salesforce, Zendesk, etc.).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional, friendly tone.
- Problem Solving: Ability to think critically and resolve conflicts effectively under pressure.
