- Collaborate with the support team to develop solutions to common customer problems.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services where appropriate.
- Adhere to all company policies and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills (25+ wpm).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable internet connection (for remote/hybrid roles).
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to work on-site in Charlotte, NC, or remotely.
